What can I do as YOUR Buyer’s Agent:

1. Represent your best interest 100% as YOUR agent NOT the sellers agent …the seller’s have their own agent (what does it cost you… in just about all cases, nothing, as the seller customarily pays the commissions).
2. Prepare a market analysis for you to make sure you are not paying too much for your purchase.
3. Answer your many questions you are sure to have. I have been selling real estate since 1993 and know most of the answers to questions or have the resources to get the answers quickly.
4. Give you advice on our many areas from a local perspective. I have lived in Wilmington since 1976; I know the areas extremely well.
5. Prepare your offer for you and offer you advice in doing so.
6. Present and negotiate your offer on your behalf.
7. Coordinate all the many details of your closing so you have an enjoyable and smooth closing. I have a personal closing coordinator who assists me in personally handling all the details of your closing.
8. After year(s) of collecting them, offer you the name and phone numbers of the many companies you will need to contact to establish new services.
9. Answer and address any questions and/or concerns you may have after the sale.
