Yes, to answer your question, I am Bobby’s wife! Bobby and I have been married 22 years and still going strong. I figured if after 22 years together I could work with him in the office a few hours a day, and fortunately for both of us it has worked!

Both Bobby and I have lived on Wrightsville Beach since graduating college, and we can’t imagine living anywhere else. We have been blessed to be able to live and work here, and to raise our son, Jack, in a place we all truly love.

I am also fortunate to be working with Bobby’s Team because it is a team that offers you, the client, the best possible service to make your real estate experience pleasurable. I look forward to assisting you in future!

ELISABETH MULLIGAN

After graduating from UNC-Chapel Hill in 1997, I knew that I would be heading back to the Wilmington area. Once you have experienced life on the Cape Fear Coast, it is hard to stay away!

I was born and raised in Wilmington and graduated from Laney High School. After working for several years in a local software company, I followed my heart and began a career in real estate. It is a complete pleasure to share in the experiences of finding and selling homes for clients, and I take pride in always going the extra mile to make transactions as effortless as they can be.

My husband, Patrick, and I have two daughters, Maggie and Annie, ages 2 ½ and 1, and they are the loves of our lives. When I’m not taking care of my clients and my family, I enjoy running, biking, and spending time on the water. The Cape Fear area has a great quality of life!

JENNIFER HENSLEY

I have been lucky enough to call Wilmington home since 1995. Originally from Pennsylvania, the call of the warm southern coast brought us here and here we will stay!

My husband, two children and labradoodle all enjoy spending time with friends and family on the water and at the beach. The cultural opportunities and family oriented activities here in Wilmington are unbelievable for a quaint, small town. Wilmington truly does have it all!

My husband and I have been active in real estate investment and been a part of numerous transactions including buying/selling our personal homes, purchasing and managing investment property and multiple 1031 exchanges over the past 15 years.

SUSAN KECK

Susan Keck, a native North Carolinian, brings experience, knowledge and energy to her real estate career. Her passion is problem-solving for her clients and providing them the details they need to make informed decisions.

Susan has been licensed since 1993 and has worked on both the sales and administrative side of the real estate business in several areas of the state, Burlington, Roanoke Rapids and Wilmington, each with their own unique social and economic backgrounds. These opportunities have broadened her perspectives and have prepared her well to assist buyers and sellers in all price ranges.

Prior to her real estate experiences, Susan developed her communication skills and problem-solving capabilities while serving as an assistant to the Chancellor and later to the Athletic Director, at UNC-CH, where she also attended school. Go Tar Heels!

Susan is a proud Mother of two children: Manny, 6, and Sam, 3. Susan was a volunteer with the Roanoke Valley Soccer Association as a head coach and Board member. As a parent, she can help other moving families find the right resources for their children.
